Terms and conditions

In our Woodhit Online Shop you can order products 24 hours a day. The use is free of charge. Natural, Stiven Žlebič, s.p., Trgovina Woodhit and the buyer agree to the mutual obligations regarding the online store service with these terms and conditions. To purchase products, the buyer requires a user account and a password.

The regular working hours of the company Natural, Stiven Žlebič s.p., Trgovina Woodhit (in the following: Natural) are every working day from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.


The orders made are irrevocable. With each order, you shall receive an e-mail confirmation or a notification that the order is being processed. In the event of a purchase error, the customer may correct the order, exchange the item or cancel the purchase. After receiving a message that the order is being processed, a cancelation of the order is no longer possible.

Order processing

Upon receipt of the order Natural begins with the activities required to complete the received orders: Orders received before 1 p.m. will be sent to the buyer the same day, orders received after 1 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day. When choosing the payment method "Payment with Advance Payment Invoice" the activities required for the execution of the order are made immediately after the transfer to our account. Therefore, we review the inflows to the company's account during our business hours from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Right of revocation

Within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law in distance selling contracts the buyer has the right to revoke from the contract within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving any reason. The return of the goods is to be made within 14 days after receiving the goods or by returning the goods (to rescind from the contract one is to return the goods to the company), without giving any reason. The notification is considered as made on time if the shipment is submitted within the deadline. If the revocation is based on a written statement, the buyer is obliged to return the goods to the company within 30 days after the written statement of cancellation. The only costs to the customer for revoking from the contract are the direct costs of returning goods (postage). The product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging with labels and the invoice. The company shall replace the product and refund the amount at the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods.


The published prices and prices in the submitted offers are valid for purchase in the Woodhit online shop. The prices are according to the valid price list and already include VAT. The prices are valid until a new price list is published on the website.

Payment of the ordered goods

The buyer pays the goods upon delivery or with advance payment to our account SI56 0312 5100 0819 461 (opened at SKB d.d.). Natural delivers the ordered goods as defined by the rules and the delivery price.

Payment with advance payment invoice

If you decide to pay with advance payment invoice, we shall send you the invoice and all required data as soon as possible. The ordered goods shall be shipped immediately after receipt of a transfer to the account of the Natural company.


Delivery of goods is possible by mail. We are not responsible for delays of shipping companies. The available goods are shipped immediately or the next working day after the order.

Tracking the delivery and storage of your orders/contracts

After submitting your order, you receive a receipt and status notification of your order to your e-mail address. You can track the status on the My Account page. On the My Account page, you can also access the list of your previous orders/contracts.

Exchange and return of goods

We want you to use our online shop without any concerns and with pleasure. If you are worried that the ordered product will be too big or too small, will not have the right colour ... We understand you have purchased the product without having seen or testing it. Therefore, you have 14 days to return the item or to notify us in writing if the product is not suitable for you. The product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging with labels and the invoice. If you have notified us in writing that you do not want the goods, you are return them within 30 days of the notification. The company shall replace the product or refund the amount at the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods, without questions or complications. The only costs that are to be borne by the client are the return costs (postage). In the event of a new return of exchanged items, you also pay the postage fee of 4.90 EUR. In case of a refund of the purchase price, we always transfer it back to your account.

Ownership of the goods

Until full payment, the goods shall remain property of Natural.


The price of goods is based on the price list valid on the day of the order. The buyer receives the invoice after receipt of the goods.

Complaints and disputes

Natural respects the applicable Consumer Protection Laws and strives to fulfil its obligation to provide an effective complaint management system. Natural recognizes that the essential feature of consumer disputes is the mismatch between the economic value of the claim and the time spent as well as the costs of dispute resolution, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer to submit the dispute to a court. Therefore, Natural strives to resolve disputes by mutual agreement.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

Natural does not recognize a performer for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as being responsible for resolving a consumer dispute (in accordance with the Act on the Out-of-court Consensual Settlement of Consumer Disputes). As a provider of an online shop in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, we publish an electronic link to the online platform for consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at this link.

The regulation shown is based on the Act on the Out-of-court Consensual Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending the Regulation (EG) No. 2016/2004 and of Directive 2009/22/EC.


For business partners and customers requirements of the terms and conditions apply, unless expressly defined otherwise. Deviating agreements without written documentation are invalid.

Each customer will receive a written copy of the terms and conditions upon request, otherwise the conditions will be published on the website woodhit.shop. The buyer can always request a new copy. The excuse of being unfamiliar with the terms and conditions shall not be considered. Any discrepancies or disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the terms and conditions shall be settled by mutual agreement. If an agreement is not possible, the court in Murska Sobota shall be competent.

The terms and conditions come into force immediately after being received or published on the website woodhit.shop.
